Project Administration Assistant (6-month Contract)

Duties:
The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support for the HKDSE
examination system development project including project library setup, project data entry,
documentation, vendor liaison and compliance coordination.

Requirements:

(a) Diploma in any discipline;
(b) At least 1 year’s working experience in general office administration;
(c) Experience in using project management software would be an advantage;
(d) Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, Access and Chinese word
processing;
(e) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
(f) Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all levels;
(g) Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
Employment Terms: The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and
experience. Appointment will be on a 6-month contract with MPF benefits.
